The source of our happiness is within our own mind. If we can manage to keep our mind peaceful, even the most difficult situations can be patiently accepted. By practicing and developing meditation and concentration we can improve our ability to remain peaceful, happy and content throughout the day and thereby be in a better position to benefit ourself and others.
