Welcome to a week of soulful bliss with Yoga & Amazing Nutrition!

Giving yourself a Retreat experience is really an investment in yourself. Here you can recharge and find peace in both body and soul. This week, everything is organized with a combination of Kundalini and Yin Yoga, Meditation and Mantra, Gong vibrations, deliciously healthy food, juicing and smoothies, sunshine, swimming in the turquoise sea, beach visits and of course it all happens with a nice group of lovely people.

Trine Berge

Trine Berge is one of Norway’s most famous Raw Food Chefs and Lifestyle Coaches. She has previously released several health and lifestyle books and earlier last year new book “Raw Food” was launched. Trine has worked with Diet, Meditation and Personal Growth since the mid-90s. For over 15 years she has been a Meditation Teacher, with specialization in Mantras and Sound, as well as being a Therapist in Vibration Medicine. Trine also writes Blogs and is known for her Work Shops, Retreats and Lectures on how to vitalize you with Yoga, Raw food and Super foods.

Yoga, Meditation & Gong

Kundalini Yoga, also called “Yoga of Consciousness” is a dynamic and powerful tool for the body and mind. Essentially one can say that Kundalini Yoga works to activate Consciousness and Prana (life energy) through breathing, physical exercises, meditation and mantra. In Kundalini Yoga we work more directly with the nervous system aiming to heighten our consciousness.

Yin Yoga Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Trine’s yoga classes are experienced as both soulful, transformative and uplifting for the body, soul and mind.

Who can participate?

Yoga is suitable for both the novice and the advanced. You do not have to be an acrobat nor flexible to participate, and as with all exercises, yoga exercises can be adjusted to fit you and your body. In the morning there we will do a more dynamic yoga session and in the afternoons it’s a little calmer yoga session. Meditation and Gong will be included in the sessions. We will also arrange meditations during some of the evenings.

Excursions

During the week we will visit both Olympos and Lefkos.

Trine Berge, en av Norges mest kjente rawfoodkokker og livstilsveiledere vil denne uken undervise i kundaliniyoga og holde workshop om superfood/råkost/helse. Vi serverer vegansk/vegetarisk/råkost meny fra middelhavet. Det blir juicing og sunne smoothies. Det blir Gongbad og meditasjon. Det blir sol og bading i turkistblått hav, og det blir latter og masse hygge.

Ved å tilføre næringsrik plantebasert kost sammen med yoga, meditasjon og ikke minst hvile i vakre omgivelser, - langt borte fra dagliglivets bekymringer, får kropp, sinn og sjelen alt tilrettelagt for å få en virkelig boost! Dette er en god opplading og investering for en ellers travel hverdag!

Yoga, gongbad & meditasjon�
Yogaen er tilrettelagt for både nybegynnere og videregående. Du trenger ikke å være akrobat eller yogamyk for å være med, og alle øvelser kan justeres slik at det passer deg og din kropp. På morgenen er det en mer dynamisk yoga økt og på ettermiddagene er det en litt roligere yoga økt. Meditasjon og gongbad inngår i øktene. Vi vil i løpet av uken sette opp noen meditasjoner på kvelden i tillegg.
