Mari is the author of Vegetarbloggen and a cook with Nettmat, and is as always happy to share her secrets in vegan cooking.

The falafel courses with Mari Hult are always fully booked, and this is your chance to attend on the first falafel course in 2018.
Her falafel has already been called "The worlds best" in VG, so we're in for a treat.

Mari will show us how to make this extremely tasteful dish with all the traditional sides and toppings, and we'll all eat together in the end of the course.

In the menu we have:
Pita bread
Broad beans falafel
Millet Tabbouleh salad
Salat with grean beens
Marinated aubergines

Price: 400 kr / pers || 350 kr for students
This price will cover ingredients and expenses related to the rental and organization of the event. Mari will be remunerated by "donation" after the course.
